Dealers and Private Sellers may list vehicles for sale. By posting a listing, you warrant that:

• You have the legal right to sell the vehicle.
• The information provided about the vehicle (including condition, mileage, and title status) is accurate and not misleading.
• You will promptly remove the listing or mark it as "Sold" once the vehicle is no longer available.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent.

4. Fees and Payments

Certain features, such as premium listings or dealer subscriptions, may require payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Car Listing Hub is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of any vehicles listed on the platform. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Listing Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, any transactions entered into through the service, or unauthorized access to your data.
